1 Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tk99bd platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By registering an account through the tk99bd website or app, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Definitions

• "Platform" — The tk99bd website, mobile app and related services.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on tk99bd.
• "Bet" — Any betting, casino games or slots activity.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional benefit or reward granted to a member by tk99bd.
• "Turnover" — The total amount of bets required to meet the wagering requirement.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

All of the following conditions must be met to open an account on the tk99bd platform:

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are created, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• Transferring, selling or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

tk99bd reserves the right to reject any account registration application for any reason.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

Deposit Conditions

Deposits on tk99bd can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits must come from the member's own account — deposits from another person's account are not accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are returned using the same method that was used for the deposit.

• Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• tk99bd may suspend or cancel any withdrawal if money laundering is suspected.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Multiple withdrawal requests submitted at the same time may not all be processed.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members on tk99bd receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To become eligible to withdraw the bonus, a turnover of 20 times the total bonus amount must be completed.

Bonus Example

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total Balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 → Total Balance ৳18,000

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is received.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified games — details will be stated in each offer.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or shared devices is strictly prohibited.
• tk99bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the tk99bd platform must follow the rules below:

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, tk99bd may void or recalculate that bet.
• If a bet contains incorrect odds or information, tk99bd reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

Cricket and Sports Betting

• For all cricket tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL, the official result is final.
• In-play betting rules that apply after a match has started will be governed separately.
• If the rules of a competition change, bets will be settled accordingly.

Casino and Slots

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a software issue from the game provider, that round may be voided.
• There may be restrictions on using bonus balance in slots and casino games.

6 VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

The tk99bd VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on active play. As you reach higher tiers, you gain additional benefits, special offers and access to a personal account manager. Cashback is automatically credited to the member's account every Monday and can be withdrawn directly.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk99bd platform. Involvement in such activities will result in the account being immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Using any software, bots, scripts or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Taking advantage of technical errors and not reporting them immediately.
• Participating in collusion or fraudulent arrangements with other members.
• Impersonating tk99bd staff or providing false information.
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

tk99bd treats the protection of members' personal information as its highest priority. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transfers secure.

• Members' personal and financial information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be provided to authorities upon legal request.
• Aggregated (anonymised) data may be analysed for platform improvement.

9 Account Closure and Restrictions

Closure at the Member's Request

tk99bd may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violating the terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Failing identity verification or providing false information.
• Following directives from regulatory authorities.
• Detection of unusual activity on the account.

11 Limitation of Liability

tk99bd accepts no responsibility in the following situations:

If a member continues to use the platform after the updated terms and conditions are published, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they will be given the option to close their account.

If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
